Frank Garrick founded this club in 2009 with the dream of building a stronger and healthier community. With over fifteen years experience in the boxing ring, he plans on passing his skills on to the next generation of pro boxers and boxing enthusiasts.

Trainer & Sparring Coordinator,
Erick brings a tactical edge to every training session. As the club’s Sparring Coordinator, he designs match ups and drills that sharpen reflexes, timing, and strategy. With a background in competitive boxing, Erick knows what it takes to perform under pressure and pushes each athlete to reach their peak potential.

Self-Defense Instructor,
Jasmine specializes in practical, real-world self-defense training. Combining boxing technique with situational awareness, she empowers her students to feel confident and capable in any environment. Her approachable teaching style and emphasis on personal safety make her classes a favorite among newcomers and seasoned fighters alike.
